All Bonyfie products are designed in Oakland, California. We source leather from domestic American tanneries and canvas from a family mill in the Pacific Northwest. Final assembly is done in small batches at our production partner in the Bay Area.
We will repair any manufacturing defect or hardware failure at no cost for the life of the product. This includes stitching, zipper replacement, and buckle failure. Damage from misuse or normal wear-and-tear beyond reasonable care is handled at a modest labor cost. Simply email us at [email protected] with a photo.
Standard US shipping is free and takes 3–5 business days. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for $18. International shipping is available to Canada, the UK, and select EU countries — rates calculated at checkout. All orders ship within 1 business day.
Yes. We offer a 60-day return window on all unused items in original condition. If a product has been used and doesn't meet your expectations, reach out — we'll work something out. We want you to carry something you genuinely love.
Yes, we offer blind-debossed monogramming on select leather goods. This is a subtle, no-dye stamp — visible only at an angle. It's included in The Complete bundle and available as an add-on for $24 on individual leather pieces. Lead time is 5–7 business days.
Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather develops a patina unique to its owner — darkening at contact points, lightening at creases. This is intentional and considered by many to be the most desirable quality of the material. We include a small beeswax conditioning bar with every leather purchase to help you maintain it.
